Can I return/exchange sale items?Updated 5 months ago

Herschel Supply product that is purchased on our website or in one of Herschel's retail stores and is not marked as final sale can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund excluding any applicable shipping costs.

Final Sale:

Final Sale items are marked as such on both product page and checkout and are not accepted as returns.

Holiday Returns:

Items purchased between November 22nd 2024 and December 7th 2024 are eligible for a full return with the original receipt until January 6th, 2025. The return value will be put on to the original form of payment or a store credit for the original purchase value.

• Herschel Heritage™ Hardshell Luggage is exempt from our 30 day return policy and can be returned or exchanged within 100 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased between November 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023 are eligible for a full return with the original receipt until January 31st, 2024. The return value will be put on to the original form of payment or a store credit for the original purchase value.

• A full refund excluding any applicable shipping costs will be provided.

• All items must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.

• Once returned, the condition of the product is left to the discretion of Herschel Supply.
