Herschel Supply online gift cards are electronic and are issued by email. Simply type in the gift card code when you check-out on our online store to have the value of the gift card applied to your purchase.

Herschel Supply gift cards are redeemable at any Herschel physical retail and online stores and are only valid in the currency in which they are purchased.

They do not expire. If the gift card you purchase is non-functional, Herschel Supply will replace the gift card.

On February 28 2023, in order to improve our online services, we made a major upgrade to our websites, leading to a few changes to your customer experience. If you purchased the Gift Card before February 28, please check your email as we would have sent you a new Gift Card code to redeem your Gift Card. If you could not locate the email, please contact Customer Service via LiveChat or through the contact form.

When you make a purchase with a gift card, the gift card balance will be reduced by the amount of the purchase. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method accepted by our stores.

When you purchase or receive a gift card, you agree that the gift card will be used in compliance with Herschel Supply’s Terms of Use and all applicable laws, and you acknowledge that the Terms of Use will apply to your purchase and use of the gift card.
