30 Day Return Policy

Not quite right for you? No problem — Our 30 Day Return policy gives you time to make sure the item you purchased is perfect for all the journeys you’re taking.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
A refund excluding any applicable shipping costs and qualified discounts, if applicable, will be provided.
If you’re returning an item for a refund, a $5 return fee will be deducted from the cost of your refunded total.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed with the original tags attached
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 22nd 2024 and December 7th 2024 are eligible for a full return with the original receipt until January 6th, 2025. The return value will be put on to the original form of payment or a store credit for the original purchase value.

Exchange Policy

Herschel Supply product that is purchased on our website or in one of Herschel retail stores (excluding promotional or sale items) and is not marked as final sale can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The acceptable condition of the product is left at the discretion of Herschel Supply. Products in non-resealable packaging must be returned with packaging intact. Products equipped with Tile Bluetooth trackers may not be exchanged once the Tile has been activated.

Online returns are subject to a $5 flat return shipping rate. This charge will be deducted from your overall refund. Exchanges are always free.

Changed your mind or your plans? No problem — our 100 Day Trial policy gives you time to make sure it’s perfect for all the trips you’re taking.
While you're free to test out the size, features and feel of your luggage at home, our 100 Day Trial policy is void if your luggage has been used in transit, or anywhere outside your home.
Not quite right for you? Just file a return within 100 days of receiving your luggage.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Returned items must be unused with the original tags attached.
This extended return policy only applies to our range of Herschel Heritage™ Hardshell Luggage.

Return Fees

We only provide free return shipping for exchanges and store credit refunds.
All items must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
Once returned, the condition of the product is left to the discretion of Herschel Supply.
If applicable, return refund amounts will be calculated to include qualified discounts.
